Re: IND two new nonstops announcement 8/13

https://twitter.com/INDairport/status/1161025368352088066 "This fall, IND will be welcoming two new nonstop flights! Can you guess our two new destinations? Full details will be announced tomorrow. #INDto?" I am guessing Allegiant related. The photo IND posted lists a palm tree and a cact...

I say CUN and SJU maybe resume AZA?

CUN is currently served seasonal by Delta, so that would not be 'new'. There were talks of MEX at the beginning of the year though, and the photo on the left leads me to think that it COULD be MEX, but I have my doubts.

Re: BOG gets USA pre clearance in less than a year

US pre-clearance at Caribbean Islands and Canadian airports is one thing but at a Latin American( except in Mexico ) Could you imagine if foreign countries wanted their own border stations at US airports, we would find that unacceptable, probably. Japan border at Honolulu and LAX or every European ...

Re: Indianapolis airport announcement 9am 01/17

Though the choice of having a Peruvian, Brazilian, and Columbian flag in there could possibly indicate something else. LATAM has branches in all 3 of those countries (with Peru and Brazil being some of their largest) so it begs to question if LATAM is involved. I highly doubt it though. Right now, ...

Re: Louisville International (SDF) to announce new destination today

Although if you notice all of YYZ's US flights are to airports with FIS facilities, regardless of preclearance That is actually a requirement. FIS facilities must exist in case of a diversion to another airport, and the pre-cleared flight would technically have to be re-cleared. I believe the only ...

Re: Indianapolis Aviation Thread - 2018

Based on those numbers, is there enough demand to justify a Montreal flight? Is there a hub at that airport? I wonder if demand between IND and Canada is so poor because of the lack of service. Perhaps this could be like SFO where the nonstop flight stimulates demand. Edit: I'd like to add that PIT...
