Best Western where? By the airport? That area is gentrifying, but it's still probably not the best place to hang out at night. Don't know what your budget is. History has shown that you can't build your way out of congestion with more highways/toll lanes. Austin should invest in alternative means of transportation much like Dallas has done and Houston is doing right now.

I've been putting off nasal surgery for years now because of our health plan. Last year they made both our deductible and out of pocket maximum $4,000. That means I need to spend that much each year in my own money before insurance will even contribute a dime.

TI's are expensive but they're built like tanks. I still use the same TI-89 that I used through high school and college. I think the new ones are a waste though. Most residential places in the Southeast don't have gas because we don't need it for heating - usually total electric heat is good enough for the warmer months. More rural areas will probably have propane, but it's fairly unusual to see gas in newer houses and apartments.
