Flydubai is connected to Emirates system. Flydubai now uses terminal 3 for flights that sees heavy connections to/from Emirates.

Etihad will take delivery of 5 A350-1000s in 2021 (Two class configuration) and the A321NEOs will start delivery in 2023.

The A330 fleet will be phased out by December 2019.

As a lot have changed since the order announcement back in 2013 and the changing EK strategy, I think we might see Emirates ordering additional B777Xs beside the B787, if they do agree on a suitable delivery schedule.
From Airbus side, I feel that EK will order more A339s and cancel the A350s.

The A330NEO/A350/B787 will do the same job as the A330s before they have left the fleet, expansion and additional frequencies. Plus replacement of older B777s.

The problem I see for EK is the premium seating more than just number of seats. There is a big difference in F and J seats between the 777 and the A380. I once requested from the cabin crew to ask someone sitting my assigned seat which i paid for because of the extra legroom. The woman that was sitting in my seat said to me 'its just a seat'.

The flights to Krabi will be via Yangon. Flights will be operated by the B737-800. The stop in Yangon will only be 00:55 mins.
