I hope Fiji was serious about possibly adding service to DFW in the future once they get more planes.

I could see LATAM adding one day.

AA will continue to dominate DFW and attempt to run others off. That story will never change.

AA and DFW just announced Terminal F at the State of DFW conference. 24 new gates to open by 2025. Also will renovate Terminal C. F will be both domestic and international.

I always fly to FLL when I fly from DFW to go to Miami. You would think DFW-MIA would be the cheapest route, but I have always found DFW-FLL to be cheaper even on AA.

That's the hill where I became an Avigeek back in 2013. I took my grandad to LA for a taping of the Price Is Right for his 80th birthday and we went to that hill and watched planes. That's where it all began for me.

A possible fire at the TRACON building at DFW has put a ground stop at DFW. Some flights are being diverted to SHV. Actually, it looks like most if not all incoming flights are being diverted.

Also hearing DAL is being affected by this.

LH FRA-DFW 343. We get this aircraft during the summer season, although it is occasionally brought in during the winter months as it was for two days last week.

For the record, I asked our QF rep during his last visit to our very big travel agency if they were considering switching DFW to the 789's anytime soon. His answer was no because they were satisfied with the numbers on the DFW route PLUS the 380's are filling up the F cabin and the 789's don't have...

Why are there no South American carriers to DFW? Surely LATAM could make a flight work being a One World member. AV is a South American (now mostly Colombian) airline. It operates SAL-DFW a route which came when AV took over Taca. I guess I didn't consider AV since their DFW route flies to Central ...
