The simpler solution to the baggage is two fold: Passengers only, no bags on the trip from where the plane parks to the terminal. Second, airline and FAA commit to retrieving those bags as soon as it is safe, not when it is convenient. I believe most airports have a receiving room that can hold a p...

Shadow ban them. If they refuse to mask up, take note of their seat, their identity and add them to the no fly list with no warning. Immediately. If they have a return flight booked, sorry. They won't be able to check in. Maybe they get a refund, maybe not. They'll learn the hard way. That will de-e...

Seems not long ago (but it was 20 years ago) that intra-state service to TLH was often aboard an airplane built by . . . wait for it . . . Cessna. Maybe Delta hopped up to Atlanta a couple times a day, but traffic was largely linked to football games and the legislative session.

How much thrust are we actually talking about with idle reverse? I always wondered if there was something to be gained simply by the doors opening and adding a bit more drag to the slowiing-down-the-beast equation, particularly in the case of the flower-petal style reversers and maybe the clamshells...

Hello, all. In summertime here in Florida, garden variety storms are a daily thing. And, with my limited knowledge of airmanship, I gather they are to be avoided at all cost.
