We've had the wettest January/ February on record (last year was the driest) and we've had the warmest February day on record (19.9 degrees). We've also had the most number of Atlantic storms this year (10).

So the US is not alone in the craziness.

Yeah I never let anyone phone me and ask for ID. I'll ask them for a number to call back on, double check it or go through the banks normal call centre. There are so many scams going around, I just don't trust them.
