Interesting report anyway.
Ionosphere wrote:BenflysDTW wrote:ATL-SLC is interesting, usually much larger planes are on that, even the 767-300 had daily flights in the past.
Those flights were operated by the domestic 763. One of the flights was ATL-SLC-HNL.
Almost all of the markets listed are downgauges, unless they are adding frequencies. I know SEA-FAI was an E175. SLC-SNA and SEA-DEN are both routinely flown by 717s, representing a single-seat downgauge. The critical part here is that Delta has not yet divulged the frequencies. Will be interesting...Jump to post
I would suppose ATL-GYE would work better than DFW-GYE. There's a lot of east coast demand, but I'm not sure how strong Delta is in Ecuador. Then if the Ecuador - U.S. market is so East-Coast centric, AA should have studied the numbers for CLT-GYE instead of DFW-GYE. Maybe AA thinks there is untapp...Jump to post
I thought it would be about time to be hearing about the proposals for the EAS cities in and out of STL! Wonder when MWA-Marion, Illinois will come up. I am HOPING SkyWest will try for MWA! Did SkyWest put a bid for UIN? Seems interesting Cape Air is trying to get back into UIN?! Alex I’ve only see...Jump to post
Are we forgetting that Charlotte exists? It's not the Caribbean powerhouse that MIA is. It's more like AA's ATL; good for southeastern US connections. Charlotte offers all the top destinations and a few others people want to get to. Unless the daily STL-Bonaire market has jumped to a significant nu...Jump to post
Far cry from the 3x757 AA would ply the route with daily back in the day. Just don't think there is that much demand to Jamaica and the DR that is not already served from Frontier, Apple, etc.. It isn't just Jamaica and the DR. I get that, but MIA is AA's gateway to tons of other destinations in th...Jump to post
WN compared to the legacy carriers has no bag fees, no FF blackout dates, better Y legroom, better crew service/attitudes (reliably), free snacks and drinks, no change fees, and a less congested boarding process. I think that makes the legacies tacky and declasse. I've never been a fan of the board...Jump to post

Hey a.netters, long time lurker first post. Having an issue in AGS this morning and have a question for you all. Should I be suspicious of the fact that my 530a departure from AGS-CLT scheduled on a CRJ7 (downgraded to a CRJ2) has been cancelled due to mx? I fully understand cancellations and they ...Jump to post
Was anybody else at the Honor Flight last night? Got a gate pass, through security. We formed lines around the hallway near Gate E8. A Southwest Airlines 737-700 (N458WN) pulled up from DCA 20 minutes early, with all the vets getting off. Everyone applauded. It was hot in the terminal, and most flig...Jump to post

What's the reasoning for that? No TPAC or TATL service, no AVOD, no possibility of Admirals Club access, no Y+ or F upgrades... I also switched from AA, Chemist, to Delta. Delta instead of WN to keep the benefits described above by MidwestIndy. May I answer about the reasoning for that? Because not...Jump to post
Questionable fleet decisions on some routes. On MIA-SEA, the 321S has better range than the 738 and usually can do the route much more easily, but a 738 is still often scheduled on the route...often times needing a fuel stop even when the 321 can make it. Also, 737s are regularly scheduling into bo...Jump to post

Keep waiting, you won’t see SMF-FLL on AA.
I meant that as any carrier to FLL (eg. B6), not AA. Obviously AA would service through MIA.

They don't have to be worried, a lot of pax are offended by airlines everyday, whatever their religious belief. But hey, they are jews so the FA is clearly antisemitic.
