Re: Boeing 797 Thread - 2019

I think we won´t hear much till the MAX flies again, because the MAX problem could cause changes to the management team at Boeing and most importantly it might change the balance of power between the OEMs and Boeing. One idea for the MoM was to get more revenue from MRO and parts service for Boeing...

Re: United to expand premium 767s to Switzerland

You wouldn’t know they were an old aircraft if you stepped on board on. You certainly would once you take off. The cabin & engine noise are much louder than the 787. Not to mention the 1980s era lavs (unless UA replaced those with new ones?) I’ve been on 2 refurbished 763s. I’m 99% sure the lav...

Re: Boeing 797 Thread - 2019

It is possible to come very close to a old and dated 6W with a modern and efficient 7W. The NMA will be a huge hit if they do not overspec it. It needs to be a A321 killer, not a small brother of the 787. I have full confidence Boeing will deliver. A321 killer is not gonna happen. Contrary the A321...

The weird thing with Boeing is how they keep spinning (wasting?) resources but releasing new aircraft that overlap so much with their previous products. This all started with the 767.
