Unlikely. What's pulling transatlantic demand right now is premium leisure traffic. I'd expect something like EWR-VLC or whatever other secondary Spanish/Italian/Greek city before any of the ones you mention above.

American Airlines inaugurated yesterday its Dallas DFW - Barcelona BCN route aboard its B787-9s. The route will run for a week until March the 3rd to serve congresspeople headed for the MWC and will return on a regular basis on April the 5th.

Cathay Pacific has now opened reservations for the Hong Kong-Barcelona route, with 3 weekly flights starting on the 17th of June.
