Bookings are only open for the summer schedule so far. That doesn't mean the flight won't operate beyond that.

Not really. Usually premium pax (or whoever is seated between doors L1 and L2) board through L1 while everyone else uses L2.

Another great report! Shame about the meals on AI, they used to be the one good thing about them.

I believe the use of 1R at MAA is because the aircraft docks at the international terminal for its next flight, to MCT.
