Thank god. I hope the 717 follows soon after.
Also, is there a future A220 top off order in the future?

I think the runway is too short so there would be severe payload restrictions. 8,366ft... don’t see why not? Quick Edit: https://www.routesonline.com/news/38/airlineroute/282494/air-transat-removes-split-schedule-in-s19/ Air Transat scheduled but cancelled an A330-200 service from YYZ-Split, so the...Jump to post
I keep hearing rumors that DL maybe launching SEA-SIN or SEA-MNL. SIN is high yielding (remember UA flies the old Polaris 2-2-2 config and its FULL everyday due to great demand) and DL is the only US carrier in MNL with a loyal following. MNL would be A339 and SIN would be A350 (that's where the fr...Jump to post
I can’t believe how easily pleased you all are. This offering is just awful. And to think Americans come on the likes of BA and complain! And is there really no second service? Just a hot towel and a tiny piece of chocolate? Wow! DL is absolutely not getting rid of a second or third meal services. ...Jump to post
Not flown Delta International in a long time. Does this mean they no longer have a breakfast service on overnights? Or has that been gone for a while? I flew DL ATL-MAD last year and there was a breakfast service and there still is on almost all overnight flights. IMO DL is very good at keeping Y p...Jump to post
The seat might be “narrow”, but at least its wider than the economy seats and lies flat... so objectively its a perfectly good seat and some of you need to stop whining and be thankful you get to sit in a seat like thatJump to post
IDC what the haters think, I like this updated version of the seats. Besides not having a door, I think that these seats will be a big upgrade over their current product and fix most of the problems with the current version What proof supports this claim? The fundamental design issues (not wide eno...Jump to post

The DL BOM flight is moving to 5x weekly beginning 3/29/20. We also have a rotation of a 777 on the ATL-JFK route on the schedule ITA Matrix confirms 777 roundtrip ATL-JFK One daily flight runs 12/22/19 - 1/28/20 except on 12/27 Then the JFK-ATL 777 runs xMoWeFr beginning 1/29/20 I think not being ...Jump to post
I can justify something that each airlines does not deserve to be on the top list: 1. Qatar Airways (2) - 3-3-3 on 787 2. Singapore Airlines (1) - 3-3-3 on 787 3. ANA (3) - no meals on domestic flights 4. Cathay Pacific (6) - 3-4-3 on 777 5. Emirates (4) - 3-4-3 on 777 6. EVA (5) - 3-4-3 on 777 7. ...Jump to post
460 people on an A330 is more people than some A380s are configured to hold. The thought of that is insane! Japanese have some of their 787 that have fewer seats then a typical 738/A320. So you think flying a typical 738/320 is insane? I think the thought of how JAL has configured some of their 787...Jump to post
AF's A380 network currently is 2 x daily JFK plus LAX, SFO, IAD, ABJ, MEX, PVG? I had heard that CDG-HKG bleeds cash for AF and the A380 made it worse, which is why it was downgauged to a 77W. Is this true? Don’t forget ATL, at least for the summer. But that’s understandable because its Deltas mega...Jump to post
NGO probably cant handle all that extra capacity. If they could, im sure DL would use the 767-300ER on that route if it had sufficient range or what not. Just my guessJump to post
Can someone explain to me what DL is doing with MAD?Jump to post

The rumor in Deltaland lately was that the airline would be withdrawing entirely from GIG - glad to see that, for now at least, it's "just" JFK and ATL is staying. Sad to see JFK-GIG go. Wonder what it was for? To make money. Leaving GIG entirely would be disappointing. If i had to guess ...Jump to post

Is a 4-class 764, the refurbished ones from Delta, really suitable for the LGW-market ?Or should it have another configuration, like a 2-or-3 class, suited to the demands of Gatters?I also dont get Delta's distinction between Premium Economy and Economy plus..Are they really that different or is it ju...Jump to post
It looks like starting October 27, DL will go down to 2x Daily to AMS, and KL will go up to 2x Daily. KL will also be putting the 787-10 on one their flights to ATL. I looked as far as February 2020, and what I stated above remains true. Just something interesting i foundJump to post
With all of AA cuts to JFK, their route network from JFK is starting to look similar to DLs at BOS. A few “important” international routes and an array of domestic destinationsJump to post
