I had a chance to make this video of decals being applied to an all white Dash 8 that joined Perimeter Aviation's fleet a few weeks ago. This is the first plane they are doing their new colors of Orange and Grey.
The old colors were Orange and Green.

The policy where I work is.... Use reverse only if you feel you're going to go into the drink.. (Bear in mind we operate a fleet of Metros and a pair of Dash 8s onto 3000 foot gravel runways, a good portion of them surrounded by water.) ha! they should have seen the A380 a few weeks ago after that incident where it hit the hangar. It flew without its wingtip. And in 2004 Air Canada's symphony of voices lost its wingtip after being hit by a fuel truck.
