Re: AF to order A220

Air France Hop fleet will soon only be constituted of E170 and E190 and CRJ700 and CRJ1000. Air France mainline would have A220-300 with 149 seats to replace the 319 and the 320. For the 321, the question remains. They don't need the range of the 320neo as stated in the article. For long haul aircra...

Re: LX delays and cancellations at ZRH on 06-07 July

Our pilot did mention bad weather and slots on saturday, but it's not just that, some turnaround times are only 35 minutes, not a lot of margin.
What long haul aircrafts are missing and why ?
I Wonder if all pax are rerouted on LH, out of Paris that's the most logical option for connecting pax.

LX delays and cancellations at ZRH on 06-07 July

Hi, I just returned from Lugano via Zurich and was impacted by irrops on both ways. On saturday my flight was delayed by 1,5 hours and I missed my connection. On sunday, flying back to CDG we were delayed by 1 hour, then the return flight to ZRH at 2:50PM was cancelled. (I guess it has to do with ou...

It's clearly not a generic PR picture. It has the star alliance logo and Scandinavian flags colors on the nose. We see the engine reflection on the nose too. As mentioned by someone else, there seems to be a S in orange/red on the engine. So from this picture I'd say: grey fuselage blue tail and blu...

The article states they want people to read chair as an airline basically sells seats, their full name is actually chair Airlines.
I just think that's a generic name, but again for a leisure airline with many fly-once-a-year passengers it may work.

Germania Flug is now officially rebranded as ch air and a first aircraft was painted in their livery https://www.cockpit.aero/rubriken/detailseite/news/aus-germania-wird-chair-airlines/?no_cache=1 The livery is pretty nice for a leisure airline, but they should have written it CH air instead of ch a...

Re: UA Express E175 in new livery

I agree the livery looks better on the E175 than the 738. If you want to remain elegant with billboard titles, you only want a tail logo and a monochomatic fuselage like LX, AA or AY. But billboard titles+painted engine nacelles+cheatline+tail logo is wayyy too heavy, look at Frontier or Ryanair. So...
