Saw the new United club at EWR today. Interesting in my opinion, nice and different but not super warm and comfortable. Hopefully this one can open soon along with the new club in terminal A before they begin to renovate the c74 club.

Lots of cuts for June - must be related to further delays returning the PW 777s, resulting is scrambling to cover the schedule. WN will not fill the gap; NK will and has already began. B6 has tried to expand but that has been cut back significantly due to numerous operational constraints and most importantly the delay of the new terminal. Why is AA so reluctant to add ACY-CLT? Not that this is a credible source but you can go on any ACY social media channel and find the endless comments of people begging to AA to come and serve ACY-CLT. The market is definitely there.

I think Philly is way too large of a market to just give up in. I think it would put it in a similar situation to BOS if AA really slimmed up their PHL ops so others would try to fill the void in here and there. I could see F9/NK really growing along with WN and hopefully the legacies.

Was looking at AA TATL seat maps for tonight and I was pretty pleased with what I saw. Some flights look to be over 90% full. Now I’m not too familiar with the AA 787 delivery schedule but I think for next year we might actually see a few more cities return.
