Probably said already but amongst the other things AA needs to do to improve, they MUST improve their product. Don't only look at what the competitors are doing (Delta One, Polaris, Mint, ...etc), but beat them at it! I mainly fly AA and have accumulated a substantial number of miles from flying and...

Interesting because LY announced ORD-TLV over a year in advance to the start date. Possibly because it's unique to the region/airport, not the airlines, or it's simply a coincidence.
