“Is” extremely popular would imply that she is now, or within a period of time reasonably close to now. You SURE you can find multiple polls showing that? I’d be shocked if you could find ONE showing she’s above water.

Re: Alaska Airlines Fleet/Network Thread - 2021

I find it hard to fathom that AS would rather fly to tiny Mexican resort towns over certain Hawaiian markets. HI makes up a good chunk of the AS network, and that won't be changing. Having said that, WN has positively trashed yields for everyone to/from HI, and Gov. Ige didn't do the airline indust...

I dont think I’ve seen any union airline jobs offering more than a sign on bonus here, I haven’t seen a differential offered. A great example just occurred with AS when it comes to hiring CSAs at the SEA station; in August, the company enacted a differential that bumped newhires and anyone else alr...

From what I see in the Chicagoland area, many entry level passenger/ramp jobs directly with an airline are paying significantly less than working for a ground handling company. The biggest problem for airlines is lack of availability. Flights are full so it's hard to find rebooking options. Very true; when flights are already full, it's not uncommon for IRROPS to result in customers having to be rebooked not just the next day, but possibly multiple days later due to extre...

If a FA (or anyone) is being physically attacked, they most certainly can and should respond with force. They have every right to defend themselves. Airlines are trying to hire in the contact centers, but the problem in finding good help other businesses are experiencing applies to airlines as well.
