As someone who flies Delta often, I use the LAN - DTW sector quite a bit. As many have pointed out, parking, ease of access, and the drive to Detroit is always at least 90 minutes, and its not a pleasant 90-minute drive either. I’m told that FNT losing its MSP flight that numbers are up in Lansing already. It sounds like LAN could have some renewed life here soon.

I’ve passed through DTW several times lately and have yet to spot an AeroMexico jet yet. Just poor timing on my part, but DTW seems to have taken its self from great to excellent lately on the delta side of the house. Any expected impacts the airport will feel with the tram shutting down? Also anyo...

If also read that BC offered to play the next day and A&M rejected that option. Obviously a number of reasons, just like the pilot had in this case for declining to play a day later.
