I suspect the reason BA haven’t formally withdrawn the B744 yet is the idea that Virgin won’t survive the winter and with Norwegian effectively nowhere, they want to be in a position to grab market share for summer 2021. Sorry if I missed it but do we know when/if the repainting is gonna speed up? I know it's not a priority at the moment but there'll come a point when the aircraft will be due a repaint anyway. Still waiting (and hoping!) To see the 752 and 764 in the new livery but don't know how likely that is now :(

I think in the distant future they will open a base in either BRS or CWL. Its probably the biggest gap in their UK network with the nearest base being BHX. BRS is already at near full capacity and LS tend to base more aircraft per base so I'd imagine CWL may be better choice as they will only be com...

British Airways have flown a few 747/767s CWL-DGX which, if flown in a straight line would take a matter of seconds. There has also been a number of other aircraft that have done this including an Air Mauritius A343, China Eastern A332 and a Med View 763
