Re: Youngest member of Manson family recommended for parole

Did you vote for Trump, Cameron, Schröder, Bush junior or a bunch of others? In that case you deserve to die in prison, as you have been involved in the murder of multiple people. Best regards Thomas That's not really how that works but OK. Of course, but still my definition is just as valid as you...

Re: Capital Punihsment in the US and Its Future

Meanwhile, I don't see why an execution can't be a little bit painful. It's a punishment that should be only applied in the most extreme cases, so it has to have a strong deterrence factor. A pain free medication cocktail does not deter anyone. The idea of the electric chair does. When working prop...

Re: Just lost a friend - Never hike alone, never leave a hiker alone

While its unfortunate that your friend passed away, hiking alone is generally perfectly safe and not even "a rule" among hikers. This seemed like an unfortunate accident that could have happened anywhere- it has nothing to do with hiking alone.

Re: Worst seat mates in memory

Many moons ago flying SJO-ATL I sat next to the stinkiest person I've ever smelled in my life. He was dressed in a business suit but smelled like hadn't showered in months. I spent most of the flight in the lavatory. Every few years I still get a whiff of that guy sometimes.
