Been waiting for airlines to do this for a while. Connecting from Europe to PHX has always been a pain with most of the time having to fly to the east coast or a ORD, and then having to fly in a full (which PHX flights tend to be nowadays) narrowbody for 3-5 hours. Waiting for airlines to do what?

So it sounds like they're moving forward with the A319/320 conversions but are holding off on repainting. I'm assuming the used ones coming online will get both the new layout and livery?
