I don't think Boeing will rush through the fix, or that the fix won't be the right one. They know that if another crash occurs, it will be catastrophic to the 737 program and pose serious threat to the company. I don't think anyone in Boeing is thinking that the first thing is to unground the plane...

Emirates today has revealed several B777X photos on their facebook page. Man! those wingtips are huge! Yep 11.3 feet. I stood next to one today still on the ground laying flat.. freaking huge. Also I wonder why they say its the first one while 1611 came out a few days ago. This is 1615 pictured

First frame for Emirates is about to begin final assembly. 2nd frame already has the Emirates colors on the wingtips and tail. Looks really good. Gonna be some official pictures soon

The passengers video from inside the plane looks fairly far back, at least behind the wing. They also stay at their seat for several seconds after the aircraft came to a stop, but still made it out. I live in Everett. Seatac can be a 2 hour drive for me in rush hour traffic. Not thanks. Paine field is also 25 miles from down town seattle.. it's not a block over. This airport is gonna serve the north end of wa state and there really is a lot of people here
