Re: AC Express (Jazz) fleet deployment.

Oh, that's a very interesting move with respect to the D8-100s! Currently I believe there are only 3 or 4 D8-300s covering the current flying out west. Would that mean with 6 D8-100s out west there could be more flying assigned to the aircraft other than what you mentioned. Due to current shortage ...

Re: Air Canada fined for not using French language

Good thing. They are required by law to offer services in both languages and they haven't. So you pay when you don't play by the rules. Can you explain what service was not offered in both languages on the flight in question? I've read that seat belt buckle only had word "Lift" and Emerge...

Re: Air Canada fined for not using French language

I have nothing against supporting bilingual on Air Canada but these two look for lawsuits. It's not their first pass at this. AC has to pay because the seat belt buckle says 'Lift' only and the emergency exit has larger font for English than French. The exit message was in both languages. If the buc...

STLC as leasing company had ordered 6 A220-300 for Red Wings, but Red Wings had cancelled the contract this year. The two first have been already in production and have been completed (without outfitting) as white birds. Both have now gone to outfitting. According news, these have been sold to a cu...

There is also the fact that ALC has a 50-aircraft order book for the BCS3. Any potential airlines looking at this could lease new frames from ALC for quicker delivery, such as Bangkok Airways, which leases mainline-sized aircraft but owns its turboprops, and this could replace both their A319s and ...

Republic did not reject the contract during bankruptcy. Evidently, the benefits of maintaining the contract with the renegotiated delivery completed in 2016 outweighed the benefit of rejecting the contract.
