AA has already started using E175 equipment on LGA since United dropped it, though with all the equipment movement now I’m not sure what they’re using or if the route is even running ATM. I’d see JetBlue more likely to take over CLE-JFK, if any.

Some better news for a change: United recently extended CLE-RSW and CLE-FLL past April 2021. It appears, as of now, that both are scheduled to run daily, year-round. Their schedule is open through the end of June next year.

I don’t think United will cut CLE-LAX... They’re not going to give up a hub market that pulls good loads all year and let Spirit have it to themselves. After all, they had originally scheduled 3x daily for the route this summer — it performs well.

As of now it looks like only PGD and SAV survive, everything else is gone. I imagine much of it is only seasonal cuts, although these seem deep. Looks like Southwest is keeping CLE-MKE in their schedule. Was removed for September, but they adjusted October as well and flight is still bookable.

I would certainly take these loads with a grain of salt... travel really started plunging at the end of February but most routes were looking normal the first 2/3 of the month

United is parking around 40 737s in Cleveland for the foreseeable future. They’ll be coming in for the next couple of days. From what I understand they’ll squeeze many in around Concourse D and around the maintenance campus.

I imagine demand is going to drop across the board — including domestically as the virus (and uncertainty) spreads in then United States. Not going to be a good period for air travel. Not only will this cause an economic plummet, but likely a worldwide demand plummet as well.

They ran the route Saturday only June-mid August last year so this appears to be a welcome upgrade. I’m sure they could manage to have RSW as Saturday or even weekend only in the off season. FLL, and TPA too!

Wow! That’s awesome news!

I can’t imagine a scenario where Concourse D isn’t revamped/reopened. It’s already a proven facility, it just will need some obvious renovations to accommodate larger planes. CLE needs more space. They have it, it’s just not being used.

I think what is different about Breeze is that it certainly does seem to be looking at an Allegiant type strategy... after all a lot of the mangement there are former Allegiant officials. I think they full well know there’s not much room left in these larger markets for overlapping service.

Ultimate doesn’t have limited service to BKL... The route is actually their most popular.

They fly BKL-LUK 15x weekly.

3x daily M/T/W/T/F they only don’t have flights on weekends.

I’m not sure what happened with my NK numbers but I’m pretty sure I intended Spirt CLE-PHX to be CLE-FLL.
