DL currently operates twice daily A330 service between JFK and ATH, which switches to once daily during off-peak season. There also used to be flights from Atlanta, but those are gone now.

The 757-300 was too heavy and as a result lacked range. It could have still sold fine though if it wasn't for the fact that it entered the market right before 9/11, which basically destroyed any order potential left for the model. Not until our krasavchik leaves office, likely a year or so after that, so either way we're definitely waiting until the 2020s arrive. Obviously DL will be the first to do so, Skyteam and Skyteam, I'm sure all of us miss the approaches, especially in the winter.

The A380 could have been a success if it wasn't so comprised, being designed as a shrink of a larger model. A proper NEO with any hope of success would need to change that and development dollars would be astronomical compared to other reengine programs

DL probably could, particularly with the 251T NEOs, but flights against winds would be difficult, so the route would go to the A359, the 777 is probably a bit too much plane

As a pilot, I've loved every aircraft that I've ever flown, but the worst plane that I've ever worked on was the 737NG. Best description that a colleague of mine ever gave was that it was a plane designed by 2 year olds with legos.
