EWR had diversions as far west as CLE, as far north to YUL and BGR, south to BWI and IAD. Diversions throughout Pennsylvania, NY state, and BOS.

I'm really interested to see how quickly they will be cycling through the pain shop for the new livery. In spotting at EWR lately there seems that there are a lot of overdue aircraft. N210UA, N36272, N39297, N17104 all have a lot of peeling going on right now.

I'd overall call that a harsh centering rejection. It's one of those that comes down to a few pixels which should really be accepted. I agree with the comment on LA one. That was severely off and makes you wonder if something like that is allowed in, why does an image like this get rejected.

I think the main issue that really affects this image is the angle of the sun. Also interested to know the f stop used. Blurry on the back half is what I am seeing. Makes me wonder if it is due to exhaust or from a lack of depth of field.

I know it was mentioned going into VCV early in January for paint, but nothing said about how N66848 emerged from the paint shop. It sadly is back in regular colors. That special really didn't last long... just under 3 years. Yet there are a lot of 738s and 739s that are flying with some bad looking...

Jehan, Thanks for that quick response. For the delta you screened, the category just got me a bit for a nose decal. I can try selective on the nose. Don't really want to touch the decal as that will easily result in an OS with the fine lines. Nice that you don't outright reject for a category reject...

Thanks Kas! I prefer the 16:9 ratio for editing as it keeps a lot of dead sky space out of the frame. Unfortunately it has led to some aircraft shots that have these instances. A319s (especially with sharklet), B763 with singlet, and a few others will have this tall wing. You back my point perfectly...

The only three I found issue with were TF-NEO for the color looking off, AF1 but that could just be the chrome belly causing that really washed out color, and N304FR looking dark especially when viewed right after N717FR.

Is there any talk of rolling the pmCO 738 and 772 fleets through the paint shop? Starting to see some really bad looking paint jobs at EWR. N27239 is one registration that comes to mind off the top of my head. There are a few others. I'll look through my pictures.

I saw N666US on the ground at EWR. Sadly it was parked in an area where there was no way to get a picture of it unless you had ramp access. It arrived and departed in darkness as well as having bad weather with no sunlight the entire time it was here.
