Increasingly large changes in strategy from Blue Air is somewhat concerning. It suggests they are struggling to find or retain a niche in the market, with the associated long term implications Either that or they believe RO has no future so they are trying to take over their role in Romania. Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary to build a common airline with LOT owning more than 50% of shares. So far, looks more like a political project than an actual business idea. It comes up time and again and will never happen. LOT already have a dubious reputation in Hungary after the first few s...Jump to post

I fly often on the route BRU-IAS and the planes are - except for the current period of course - full. Is it linked to the...Jump to post

In the recent interview CEO mentions opening this year of 8 new European routes from BUD. I think this is two more than already announced for this year (BRU, OTP, SOF, BEG, STR, PRG). We shall see. I remain astonished that they do not open anything to feed their BUD-JFK flight as O&D on this ro...Jump to post

I see that WAW-TIA is operated once a week, on Saturdays. So basically it's a glorified charter flight. WAW-TIA 13.45-15.55 TIA-WAW 16.45-18.55 The same is true for some other summer destinations, like Rijeka or Corfu. Colombo - unlucky today as the Dreamliner has engine problems and is stuck there...Jump to post
