Hope they return soon. Just flew them last Friday. Nothing showed any sign of the service suspension. Of course it was just a single flight, but it wasn't empty. Acknowledge that full cabin doesn't necessarily mean good route revenue, but still :(

Is anyone considering the comfort of those on board? Not everybody is a professional pilot or a NASA X-15 test pilot :). Constant changes of altitude with the accompanying pressure effects are inevitably going to affect at least some of the passengers, esp. due to health conditions, post-surgery etc.

Could this be bad news for the 748? That worries me , too. I did read a while ago that they were committed to keep 747-400 till 2022, so 747-8 should stay even longer. On routes the -8 serves right now like ORD, LAX, JFK I don't see a reduction in capacity coming, so she must be safe for quite some...

In terms of air traffic control, the 3 and now 4 airports in MOW is an organised mess. Wouldn't this have something to do with Weight and Balance and loadsheet/trimsheet for this particular flight? The pilots would set the nose angle with stab trim depending on how the pax were seated and luggage loaded and how much of that.
Anyone can confirm or disprove this?
