Before they're all gone, I want to fly on the upper deck of a 747. Considering I'm based in Ontario, Canada, what would be my best option for doing so? KLM to AMS? The goal is to keep costs to a minimum because my only goal is the flight, not the destination. So the cheaper, shorter option would be...
