Does the ailerons and horizontal stabilizers on the A220 family droop due to the fact that the aircraft is a fly-by wire type?

How long do you think the Airbus A220 Family will be in service?

I know the plane just came out... but I am wondering when most people think the aircraft will be retired?
I know that the A320 family has stayed in service for about 30 years, so will the A220 family be in service after 2050?

Why does the horizontal stabilizer of a Dash 8 droop?

While looking at the Dash 8 family, I noticed that the -100 and -300 family of planes horizontal stabilizer attached to the tail always droops while on the ground, but not while airborne...…

I did not notice this on the Q400 family....
