One other factor to the RH story was the loss of Mark Powers. Mark had cleaned up the balance sheet, and transitioned the airline from a startup, to a solid financial entity. I’m not sure V2500’s are meant to ingest that much mud/grass, etc. That wind check at 200’ clearly was no help. I assume ungrooved runway, but staying coordinated would have helped. Looks like it weather-vaned into the 14kt wind from the west.

In a Biden administration, no airline mergers are going to get approved. That's probably just the reality of things right now. Whether it's NK or F9, it appears B6 is on their own for now. And it would behoove them to get some solid operational performance going and sustain being a good ops airline...
