Instead of hoping this tower will become reality I'd advocate for an observation deck in the existing Devon Tower. Just looking at an image of the OKC skyline it looks like Devon Tower is much taller than any of the other buildings in downtown, so views wouldn't be obstructed. Meanwhile in my home ...
