Re: Two AA flights diverted to Dublin

Per BBC news, AA729 and AA787 both diverted into DUB earlier today due to medical emergencies. https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-50128483 The 729 flight divert was caused by a 'chemical spillage'. Despite initial re-scheduling of a 15:00 departure, 729 doesn't appear to have left DUB as yet. If "two...

Re: UK aircraft retirement thread.

It is also down-season for TUI now, and if the 737MAX is not back into service for next year's vacation/holiday season I think the issues at airlines like TUI could stretch far beyond some lease extension costs. Just my opinion, but I can't see TUI letting go of any 757's until the MAX's are allowe...

I would have thought the TUI 757's will be kept going until it is clear when the MAX's will resume full operations with TUI. Re: UK aircraft retirement thread.

I would have thought the TUI 757's will be kept going until it is clear when the MAX's will resume full operations with TUI. 2 757s was due to leave the fleet at the end of April which are now staying. The rest will be leaving approx 2021 with the last couple leaving by 2023. The 737-10s which are ...

Re: Norwegian Air Fights for Survival

Norwegian had been doing 3 lines of flying for TOM again this summer and decided to pull out mid contract in August leaving TOM to find more wet lease air frames for the rest of the summer season.
