MXCTRLR. It wasnt a computer cooling fan it was a person cooling fan. i dont know about you but a prosseser that is 14" wide must be a fast one musnt it.

Haha, I was thinking of heating up the badly designed blades and bending them to give them a higher pitch but i probabally would have got in trouble for that. Why cant fan makers take some ideas from jets?

Yes i was bored one night so i decided to work out how much thrust my fan gives out. I did this by putting the fan face up on some REALLY acurate scales (Acurate to 1/100th of a gram) and then took note of how much it weighed, then i turned it on and low and behold it all of a sudden it got 13g heav...

I can understand why people called these new "machines that fly" "AIR-CRAFT" 100 years ago, and also understand "Airship" but what about "Plane"? how was that brought into the aviation circle as the thing to call the flying machines?

We all know the story, your watching the weather and the weatherperson say the temprature will be 4* but the high winds will make it feel like its below freezing. Does this only effect humans or does it "actually" lower the air temprature?

There is also the "Airport Hotel" pub at the end of 24R which has an ultra long beer garden so you can get really close the the aircraft. I reccomend sundays after 12 noon so then you will get Planes taking off from 24R and not 24L.
