I’d like to clarify.. I don’t think the idea of Neighborhood 91 is stupid... but the fact that it is being spearheaded by the airport authority on the most prime airport land is stupid. Why not do this across I-376, which is still airport land? Or at the Westpointe business park where GE already wa...Jump to post
" GE to close its Additive Pittsburgh facility at Chapman-Westport " https://www.bizjournals.com/pittsburgh/news/2020/10/07/ge-to-close-research-facility.html This is a major blow to the stupid idea that is "Neighborhood 91". Maybe this was the major development they were teasin...Jump to post

I saw that too. I think the research on that article is a bit outdated, if even only by a few days. This Routesonline update came out today, and BA's website mirrors the same. Routesonline will be much more accurate than anything the P-G publishes, and this quote is all I needed to read: " Bri...Jump to post

Over under on if//when BA resumes? My vote is summer of '21. Not a chance in bleep it'll be back this summer in my opinion. Look at how many summer events are now getting cancelled or postponed-- Wimbledon in London being one of them. I think that one depends on 1) if the virus flares back up again...Jump to post

Some slight reductions to NK's PIT schedule I noticed with this most recent schedule extension. PIT-MCO drops from 15 weekly to 14 weekly. The shoulder season is 10x weekly (I thought it was increased to 2x daily at one point). PIT-LAX goes from 1 A319 and 1 A320 to 2x A319s. I haven't checked the ...Jump to post

Based on those TMP photos, it looks like they are removing the outdoor area. You can see what looks like a table and chairs in the initial picture. Unless the outdoor area is now enclosed, which makes sense. Just cannot really tell from the updated picture. They also have that planter box that is el...Jump to post
Does PIT have anything serving SAN nonstop? If the second daily SEA does prove successful and AS looks to expand, I would think either LAX or SAN could be next. I never thought of PDX having particularly high demand... SAN is not served at the moment. Would be a great route for AS to try in a seaso...Jump to post
Been lurking on here for a while, first time posting! I'm interested to see what Alaska's long term strategy is at PIT. Whether they continue to only bolster SEA or if they think there is opportunity for additional route development. They have the opportunity to establish themselves at PIT with flig...Jump to post
