Compared to other airline IT cutovers, the SWA transition from Sabre to Amadeus went exceptionally well. . Except for the fact they were never on Sabre... I thought WN used SABRE previously? If not, what did they use? WN used a modified / hybrid version part of SABRE system prior to the cut-over.
