There are a lot of great sealed earbuds in the $30 range. Chi-Fi. About me, I have tons of earphones from Sennheiser. also own Grado SR80s. Never tried AirPods. They would be a waste, given great alternatives that cost so little.

There also might be some effect from the difference of the massive fuel load (DFW-DOH) versus tiny fuel load (DOH-DXB). Just a thought. The difference would be around 200,000 lbs of dead weight.

I know of an interesting case. 2 ladies at work, identical twins, had RK and LASIK respectively. I wasn’t convinced that either one had a great outcome. I am pleased with contact lenses. The vision and comfort are completely great (thanks to the excellent optometrist I see).
