I fly this route quite often and not uncommon to see AA cut down to 3 or 4 daily, as said before, due to demand. I recall a few weeks ago, it went down to one daily flight in the lull period after thanksgiving. However norm is 6 to 7.

A little bit of both. Troops getting off at Crete as well as those continuing onto Bahrain and sometimes Djibouti. I believe the flight originates in Norfolk.

Its a charter flight operated on behalf of the U.S. Air Mobility Command.
