The launch of Dawson Creek has been pushed back to July 3, 2020. Source - WestJet.

Further to my post above, Central Mountain Air did indeed terminate it's operations from Dawson Creek following WestJet's route announcement. Source

That would make sense - per Air Canada's 2019 year-end update, all six Dash 8-100s are to exit the fleet this year.

Lethbridge Airport (CYQL) handled 104,078 passengers in 2019, up 19% over 2018. This is the first time that Lethbridge has exceeded 100,000 passengers since 1990, and this is nearing the record of 123,000 passengers in 1989
