Would they even have access to the trains from the south/terminal anymore? I thought the new light rail tracks were on the same level/approximate location as to where the concourse trains would go if they extended them south

Earlier in the post someone asked if the Max8-200 still is available with built in airstairs and I was just reading a trip report with photos and yes the 8-200 does indeed come available with airstairs built in.

From what ive read it appears both United and Delta are holding out as long as they can for Boeing to design/develop/build a proper 757/767 replacement, the question is will Boeing be able to to actually provide this before the only option is to order what they can get from Airbus

United is also running bus service from Northern Colorado Regional Airport/KFNL to Denver International Airport (approx 60 miles) and is having success with it, which is not surprising given the interstate is a construction nightmare right now. Frontier passengers will just love the ground gates during snowstorms/winter cold like we're having here now. I cant believe the cost is that much less as opposed to a gate with a jetway.

Sadly I think Boeing is going the same route as MDD. I could easily see them in 10-20 years being a vendor/support for current products as a much smaller company like Textron, and if they keep loosing customers and cant get an NMA out soon part of me wonders if the 777-9 will be like the Lockheed L1...

I would be very curious to know what the loads are coming out of Pueblo (or any of these EAS markets that have gone from 9-30 seat turboprops to 50 seat RJ's in the last 15 years or so)? Seems just like yesterday they we're having a hard time filling the B1900D's out of there

I know when Southern Airways Express bid (and won) the EAS route for Chadron Nebraska-Denver they assured Chadron they would be operating Beechcraft KingAir 200s and have a mini base with 2 specifically for Chadron (as well as mention they would charter flights for Nebraska sports events to Lincoln)...

Looks like Pan Am Express ceased operation December 1991, and then TWA Express bought them so i would assume if it had been delivered before then it probably did see some service, just not very long.. Looks like that plane got sold to/transferred to vietnam airlines in may 1992

I wonder how much radiation in flight wifi or even a home wifi router creates compared to the radiation coming off a cell tower? and I know a lot of in home wifi routers are now using 5G as well (the new one i got when we switched to fiber optic a few weeks ago is 5G)

Im not sure who the US/HP merger was good for but it definitely was not for the America West employees (I was one of them and left a few months after the merger was finalized), Parker really did one over on the employees that helped make him who he was.

I sure people will gladly donate.Seems like the same thing as people who pay extra on their utility bill for "renewable" energy yet the renewable part accounts for maybe .001% of the power actually coming into their residence. Id rather donate to keep a classic aircraft flying

Maybe someone can clarify/update but I originally thought i read (before Icelandair started flying here) they were/are having maintenance done for the arrival aircraft (has work done on it until its time to go back to KEF the following day)?

Thats impressive for any airline, it wasnt just a simple commuter plane swap it was a decent sized aircraft and having to deal with the international aspect of it as well.

I assume they didnt have to exit/re-enter customs and we're just allowed to de-board and get on the replacement aircraft?

I remember in 1996 my grandmother/aunt/uncle we're flying back to Pennsylvania and the first flight was from Denver to Chicago on a United Airlines Boeing 777. Similar thing they said there was a delay because apparently there had been all the lights left on in the aircraft overnight and the battery...

From what I've heard the BUR-FNL route has been doing quite well, Everytime I've checked it's been on time/early. And I believe next month we will be getting service to LAS as well.

I cant speak for the Delta A319's but i have noticed (being about 30nm from Denver International Airport under the approach from the northwest) that the United A319/320's with the IAE2500s do make more noise, especially when they throttle down.

I've always used Usairport parking and canopy parking since I'm always coming in from the northwest off E470 ( it's convenient to get off 470 at 120th then zip down tower), although service at both has gone downhill the last few years

Denver started getting a Lufthansa A340-300 to/from Frankfurt again last Sunday, replacing the A350 that had been operating it. No idea how long that will be, Im assuming at some point it'll go back to a 747-400

I remember unloading seafood from the Alaska Airlines MD80's back in the day and the wonderful scent the cargo bins had of oue de fish. Made sure to only do carryon baggage when I flew them after experiencing that.
