I made a mistake. It is actually the 2.0.7 firmware that is causing me the problem. I shoot raw.

Eos 1DX New Firmware/more Blue Sky Banding

Hello again all. Hope you've been well. I am finding that since I switched to the newest firmware (2.0.3) of the CanonEOS 1DX, my blue skies have more and more circular noise banding. Has anyone else noticed this?

brilliant. I did try this in 2004 but my underwater housing did not work well and my expertise in underwater is not good!
My wife has been ill and we have only visited Maho Beach once. We are going to try and go now.

I disagree with you. It is not just "losing sleep" over it. That photo he made is brilliant and, as much as people don't want to acknowledge, sellable. Any whiff of this being "fake" is not good for any of airliners.net's talented photogs.

Ever since September 11, '01 aviation photography for me has been tough because of the long telephoto lens. Many people that see me photographing planes with this mamoth lens call the cops....:-(

So these are both taken with a 600 f4 Canon and a 2x teleconverter....so....the sharpness goes a little with the 2x teleconverter..If I solve the teleconverter sharpness problem with too much sharpening I lose, and if I don't sharpen to keep good grain then I lose too because it's still a little sof...
