I found this really interesting piece on why Bamboo Airways isn't flying to London (which at first I thought that was supposed to be on top of their list). I don't know which language the crew use with each other but on the short flight HAM-BRU a few years back I had to listen to all the cabin announcements delivered in four languages: English, German, French and Flemish.
