I always try to avoid the overnight coach from Cardiff to Heathrow or Gatwick if I can help it, you are right, that can almost be long journey in itself. You must have been shattered by the end of your trip!!

Personally, I think our National Health Service is one of the best in the world. If I need to see a Doctor, in most cases I can call in the morning and be seen the same day. If I need any emergancy surgery it will be done within a few days. Non Urgent surgery means I will have to go on a waiting lis...
