I would not worry too much, about half my BD booking don't show up on their website. I have never had a problem at the airport though.

I have heard that the IFE box on BD's A330s is pretty big, does anyone know or even have a pic? I know that the ones on BAs 747 are pretty big, made of hard sharp metal. Even if the rounded the corners that would be an improvement.

I centainly agree that holding a ton of cards from a load of different airlines is really stupid. I know a guy at work who has 13 FFP accounts with a few miles in each! I have tried to tell him it's silly but he doesn't get it.

It does seem that WOW suffer a bit with problems, I have used them 30 odd times and had a 4 cancellations, 2 major delays of over 4 hours and many shorter delays. Nice airline though with good prices and great staff.
