WN's point to point flying is uniquely exposed to a storm like this that impacts multiple focus cities. It's hard to recover from a milk run that goes through multiple cities with weather delays and have the plane arrive on time in the right location for the next crew.

My solution:
Single list for every pilot on property, everyone is qualified to be a captain in their type, pilot with more time in type is the captain for that trip. Biggest problem will be getting to a single pay scale and the initial training bubble.

The way this played out sure leads me to believe the FA was right in not serving him alcohol. Obviously he said or did some things to warrant the police presence and then being belligerent with the police and even physically resisting them. Yeah, I'd say good call on not giving that guy alcohol.
