Since the defect is on the wings and tail and its potential to pose a flight risk at a yet unknown timeframe or number of cycles could it be economically feasible to replace the affected wing and tail structures of in-service aircraft?

Wizz Air is currently flying to 40 destinations from LCA. They have three aircraft based.
If we add Cyprus Airways that is three airlines based there with Sky Express indicating that they will join them since they are hiring for crews based in Larnaca..

But now it is certified for day-to-day refueling operation and can do some planes such as F-18 that use a drogue, and three large planes that use a boo...

W6 is growing its own network in LCA with I believe 2 or 3 aircraft stationed there.
And of course Aegean continues to have its own base albeit smaller than in the recent pre-Covid19 past.

With Air Canada making their direct flights to ATH year round from both YYZ and YUL three and two times a \week during winter respectively it will have direct flights to four North American airports. YYZ, YUL, EWR (Emirates) and JFK (Delta).
