I know it's very unlikely, but can you find holes in this scenario: - Loss of pressure makes the co-pilot point the aircraft down (with auto-pilot), just before the loss of pressure knocks him unconscious or some other health problem - malfunctioning door mechanism, et voila Less plausible, but sinc...

GA Aircraft Rental In Sicily, Italy?

I am planning to spend two weeks in Sicily near CatanIA and have a PPL. Does anyone know if it is possible to get to rent an aircraft (without an instructor) for a few hours, even if after a couple of familiarization flights? I would like to do a small local flight around the volcanoes,

Thanks!

Thanks for all the replies. Refering to the points made above, am I right that what is being said is: 1- water doesn't make it through the airfoil and breaks up/condensates without coming between the airfoil and the wing? 2- downforce of all the water is negligeable in any case 3- the fact that the ...

How Many Fuel Pumps In The PA28 Archer II?

My club's PA 28 has a fuel pump switch that, from the off position, goes up to pump 1 or down to pump 2, instructors mention that there are two electric pumps and pilots are encouraged to use both alternatively.
