Is the one in Philly still around? They did an experiment a decade back on foot patrol, but I am not sure whether that is still ongoing. On a related note, a number of PD in US has Mounted Patrol. Houston, Dallas, and Austin has them for sure. I think the one here in Philly still exists in Center C...

I was not happy with what Anderson was doing to some of the long distance trains, particularly the Silver Star (there may be others that had the dining car removed, but I’m not aware of them).
