I do karate instructor training 4 times a week for 90 minutes each, which is very intensive; plus take classes 4 times a week - also 90 minutes each, plus swimming, some weights and running if I can be bothered. I need to get a life.

The 757: How Noisy!

I found the Shanghai Airlines 757s to be noisier than other 757s I have flown on, (United, BA, etc.) even sitting only 9 or 10 rows back, but they are still great aircraft. I find the 777 pretty noisy.
