DLH is going to be a harder sell than RST, but I agree, someone would likely take it. I feel like F9 would be a better fit overall than UA to DEN, simply from the standpoint that it would be a LCC in a market that has none (although UA already has service, which is a plus). EI dropping MSP isn't surprising. UHG has practically cut all corporate travel for the time being as has Medtronic. Add that to the issues that U.S. citizens have trying to get abroad currently and its a recipe for failure. I'm sure in a few years it will return.

I believe UA has mainline service into DLH from ORD. A319 and A320 IIRC. They do, it's the ron flight. Partially used to rotate in and out of mtc. Hard for AA to compete on a route that UA had pretty well locked down. AA helped drive down fares, but in my anecdotal evidence, most people still stuck...
