Personally, I would recommend UrbinoJet for this sort of thing. I've flown a few times through them (they are a broker not an operator), the staff over there are really friendly and best of all, they claim that they'll never be beaten on price, so that's always good in today's business climate. That's so strange! I'm also a G200 pilot and my boss (the head of an industrial company in UK) has just asked me to do the same! Much like you I have no clue how to do this beyond contacting an aircraft management company - all of whom seem rather sleazy if I might add - would anyone happen to know...

Are there any countries where pilots still carry firearms?

Ages ago (before the FAMS) a lot of pilots used to carry firearms to prevent hijackings (I understand that some in the US still do), is there any other country in the world where this is still the case or is the US unique in that sense?
